Yin, C.P.-Born in Wookiang, Kiangsu, 1880. Studied at Com-mercial School, Tokio, 1906. Arrived in America, March, 1906. Govern- ment support. Studied Railway Administration at the University of Illinois, 1906-11. A.B., 1911. Returned to China, December, 1911. Adviser on Foreigh Affairs to General Lan Tien Wei, 1912. Associate Director, Peking-Suiyuan Railway, 1916-17 and Director, 1917.
