楊蔭樾 字紀覃。生於江蘇無錫。初學於上海南洋公學。遊美。入本薛文尼大學。及威斯康心大學。習經濟學。宣統元年。得碩士學位。是年回國。曾供職農商部。兼交通部鐵路會計統一會書記。現時通信處。北京順治門內東斜街二十五號楊宅。
Yang, Yin-Yueh.-Born in Wusih, Kiangsu. Married. Studied at Nanyang College, Shanghai. Studied Economics at the Universities of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. M.A., 1909. Returned to China, 1909. Was member of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce and Secretary of the Commission on the Unification of Railway Accounts and Statistics.
